I am a Prosecution Lawyer, speaking for the people of England. My belief is that King John is guilty of all charges against him. While King John has obeyed some- very few, in my own personal opinion- of the laws set by the Magna Carta, he has been disloyal to the party who brought forth the contract, and to the people of England. He has been greedy, and sets his friends in high places in the government. While I understand that King John’s defenders will have strong points in their cases, he will, in the end, be brought to justice and need to face his crimes. He will be proven GUILTY of all accusations made against him. For my costume, I will be wearing a button-up shirt and dress pants.

I am Sir Peabody de Hojtsful father of Sherman de Hojtsful. I know without a doubt that King John is guilty and should be severely punished for all the horrible things he has done to the people of England. The King only cares about the welfare of himself and could not be a worse king. Some people say that King John has the right to have some authority in the church but I believe that he does not even look to God for anything unless he wants something that he doesn't even need! I believe that in the trial it will be easier for the prosecutioner lawyers to prove their point because King John really didn't do anything good for England. In the end King John will obviously be found guilty of the laws that he broke. For my outfit i will be wearing a suit and tie because I am a lawyer and as my prop i will have a briefcase with my “evidence” in it. It represents how a real lawyer would present himself in a court room.

I am a prosecution lawyer that is going to prove King John I guilty of his crimes regarding Demand # 60 of the Magna Carta. King John has proven to us that he is guilty of his crimes and that is what I am here to explain. King John has stole the rights and loyalty of the Barons, Church and even his own knights that fought besides him everytime he went for France. This court appearance is going to end in the King being severely punished for his wrongdoings. My strongest speaking point will be what the king has done to the English Catholic Churches. For my attire I will be wearing a dark polka dotted skirt with a fancy shirt and will be bringing a brief case to hold all my documents proving King John I guilty.
